Who are ProDog?

ProDog are a UK based brand that produce ProDog Raw Food and ProDog Nutritional Supplements.

Who is ProDog suitable for?

ProDog is suitable for all breeds of dogs and all ages from 7 weeks.

What are the difference in the supplements?

Each of the individual supplement details, descriptions and benefits are available on the individual product pages for Maximus, Muscle+, Revive and Flexx

How old must my dog be to use ProDog Nutrition?

ProDog is safe for all breeds of dogs aged 7 weeks or over.

Are there any side effects to using ProDog products?

Every ingredient within the ProDog Nutrition range is natural and organic therefore there are no unwanted side effects or changes to mood.

Can I use more than one ProDog Supplement together?

We recommend not mixing Maximus and Muscle+ together due to the protein content. There is no risk adding Revive or Flexx (or both) with either Maximus or Muscle+.

My dog is mature – can I still use the products?

Yes, Maximus, Muscle+, Revive and Flexx are suitable for dogs of all ages.

Does my dog need to exercise to see results?

Exercise is not required to achieve results however it does increase the benefits of ProDog supplements.

Can I use these products on pregnant and nursing dogs?

Yes, in fact, it is advised to use supplements during this period to help the pregnant dog get the vitamins and nutrients that they need.

How long until I see results?

All dogs are different and whilst you may see results in some dogs in 2/3 weeks it may take longer with some breeds than others.

If I stop using the products will my dog lose the muscle mass gained?

No – the muscle gained should be maintained.

Are these supplements suitable with a raw diet?

Whilst most of the supplements will suit a raw diet,  Muscle+ suits a dog who is not fed a raw diet due to its high protein content.

How much should I give to my dog?

Follow the feeding instructions on the label of the supplement which will advise you how much to give your dog.

What time of day should I give ProDog Nutritional supplements to my dog?

Generally, you will give the dog the supplement mixed in with food, at normal feeding times.

My dog has an illness/condition – can I give them ProDog Nutrition?

The ingredients in ProDog Nutrition are all natural and organic however we advise that you check with your vet before giving them any supplements.

What is the expiry of the product/what is the shelf life/ is it on the packaging?

Expiry dates and batch numbers are on the product packaging

What should I do if I give my dog too much?

Please follow our feeding guides. If you have any concerns please seek veterinary advice immediately.

Is it possible for my dog to have an allergic reaction? 

In the unlikely event that your dog has any kind of adverse reaction whilst using these products please seek advice from your vet.

Retail delivery costs are free to the UK.

Do I need to sign for deliveries?

Yes – deliveries need to be signed for.

Is there a minimum order requirement?

No.

Do you deliver worldwide?

Yes, we do however this will incur a delivery charge. Contact us for further details.

What should I do if I am not happy with the product?

In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied then you can return the products to the source of purchase for a refund.
